Returns Policy

I endeavour to send high quality art that is packaged well.  My website shows clear photos.  I send art flat and protected with cellophane packets and further protective packaging.  However in the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know as soon as you receive it.

I offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked when you buy from www.maryparsons.info.  The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping. Please contact if you have any questions.  If you are not completely satisfied with the artwork received, please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.

You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the artwork. 

 

Artwork should be in its original condition, securely wrapped.  Please include your name and address in the package.

After receiving the art work, I will credit your original payment card with the full purchase price of the goods returned.

 

I would advise to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive.


We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item.
