This is an alleyway painted from Casares, a town in the mountains above the Costa Del Sol, Andalusia, Spain.
The original is an oil painting, incorporating collaged newspaper and maps. Set in the evening with mint greens and turquoise against the orange glow from the alleyway. I like to use colour in a way that creates the mood and feeling of being there.
