I offer a refund if you tell me within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel.  You have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. 

I will refund your purchase as soon as I receive the items back.  

I send all orders with Royal Mail tracking.  If tracking shows as delivered, I cannot refund if you do not receive the parcel.  Please give a postal address you have access to where it can be delivered safely.
